Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tiny Marketing Lab Training portal at training.tinymarketinglab.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by 3AM SaaS OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 16445075, VAT EE102534487), with its registered office at Lõõtsa tn 2a, Tallinn, Harju maakond 11415, Estonia ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or purchasing a course, you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by signing in with a one-time email code (no password). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
  • One account per person. You may not share your login credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared, used to violate these Terms, or used to access the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

4. Courses and Access

  • When you enroll in a free course or successfully purchase a paid course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to access that course's content on the Service for personal, non-commercial use ("lifetime access").
  • "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Service. We do not commit to operating the Service indefinitely. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where applicable, a refund or alternative access path.
  • We may update, improve, or remove individual lessons within a course at any time.

5. Payments

  • Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT, in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
  • We may use third-party tax services (Stripe Tax) to calculate the correct VAT or sales tax for your location.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course content (text, video, audio, images, code samples, downloadable files) is owned by 3AM SaaS OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, or use course content to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission.
  • You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., comments in community threads), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content within the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download the Service or its content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious
  • Interfere with the Service's operation (e.g., probe security, send malware, attempt to overload our servers)

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Course content is for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes (income, results, employment) from completing a course.
  • Links to third-party tools and services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing bank@tinymarketinglab.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or where required by law.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Harju County, Estonia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
