30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid course on Tiny Marketing Lab Training comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email with "refund" in the subject line, or send a fresh email to bank@tinymarketinglab.com including:

  • Your invoice number (format TML-XXXXXX, found at the top of your receipt PDF)
  • The email address on your account

That's it. You don't need to give a reason.

How long it takes

  • We process refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them.
  • Once we approve the refund in Stripe, the money returns to your original payment method.
  • Bank-side processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

After a refund

  • Your access to the course is revoked when the refund is processed. The course will no longer appear on your dashboard and you won't be able to view its lessons.
  • Your account itself stays active so you can keep accessing free courses or other paid courses you still own.
  • If you bought multiple courses in one order and only want to refund one of them, just say which course in your refund request.

Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days from the date of your purchase, we no longer issue refunds as a matter of policy. We may make exceptions in cases of accidental double-billing, technical failures that prevented you from accessing the course, or where required by consumer-protection law in your country.

Free courses

Free courses don't require a refund — they're free. You can leave a free course at any time and re-enroll later if you change your mind.

Stripe and your bank

All refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method. We don't issue refunds by bank transfer or store credit.
